Project Description

Located in Ascención Island, Aysén region, Chile. Melinka Harbor is the main docking area for ships in the island.
Mostly known as a fishing harbor, it is also the island’s main trading spot for goods in the region.

Scope of Work

  • Adaptation of the existing structure to an isolated design
  • Modeling of all structural elements of the harbor
  • Structural behavior simulation of each module individually and as a group
