Project Description

Thirty-nine story mixed-use building with 303 dwelling and 27 lodging units. Approximately 6,660 sq. ft. of retail units at street level and five below-grade stories with 244 parking stalls.

Scope of Work

  • Content creation; embed model generation and placement from 2th to 36th floors
  • Project support; composite model creation and update (slabs, walls, columns, architectural curbs, etc.)
