BIM Project Support

We specialize in providing the resources and assistance your project needs, either following your standards or creating new ones quickly. Think of us as your project delivery partner; we work as an extension of your production department.

Our staff is made up of licensed architects and engineers with expertise in international BIM project delivery. Owing to this expertise, we can advise on every step of your project and foresee potential issues that might result in undesired costs during the execution stages.

How do we carry all this out? You can choose between remote or onsite services. See below for more information.

Remote Services

Do you have a predefined work package that needs to be taken care of? If so, this is the way to go.

We assign a project manager in our offices that will act as your contact point while leading a team customized to your project needs. This PM will be monitoring work progress, and will stay in communication about all updates, reporting to you at every stage of the process.

Onsite Services

Do you require in-depth support for your project? Do you have several things to do, but they aren’t clearly defined yet? Then this is the solution for you.

We send one of our BIM specialists to your office to act as an onsite coordinator. This person will be your contact point and will be responsible for coordinating and detecting every issue that arises in your office and requires our skillset to be solved. These issues will be transmitted to the remote team, and progress will be reported to you every step of the way.

BIM Training and Implementation

BIM is, in many ways, a paradigm shifter.

Traditionally, as a project progresses, the cost of design changes will increase exponentially until completion.

As more documentation is generated, when a design change occurs, more documentation must then be updated.

If you consider that the middle/late stages in a project (when it’s starting to take form) is when most changes occur, then it’s easy to see how so many projects carried out in the traditional way exceed their initial budget.

The BIM process works quite differently.

On a BIM project, you can produce 3D models in the early stages. This enables you to spot possible design or construction issues quickly, minimizing their impact.

However, this also means that the initial phase of a BIM project is crucial; more so than for a traditional 2D project.

BIM projects require a great deal of information, parameterization, and standardization at the beginning to ensure that any future change in the project can be done effortlessly. That means design changes on a BIM project actually cost less at the later stages, but only if the process has been done correctly from the start.

This is why the initial stages of a BIM project are critical – and that’s where we come in.
